Building out a full information security/ cybersecurity program

Austin Keenan started off doing sales and project management. After some success, he decided to return to college to finish his undergrad degree. For reasons related to his intuition, he chose to pursue cybersecurity as a major.
He loved it, and excelled at the curriculum. This led to multiple valuable internships where Austin learned to implement his knowledge in the real world. His background in sales and project management gave him a hard-working edge over many newly graduated students as well.
After becoming familiar with enterprise-level networking and software solutions, Austin got a call from a recruiter to interview for his first full time position at Santander.
Today, Austin is happy to be planning and executing projects to bring his knowledge and expertise of information security disciplines to Flagger Force in Hummelstown, PA. This opportunity has him building out a full program, and he is excited to take on the task.
Outside of work, Austin is preparing to pass the CCAK (Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge) exam from ISACA. This will enable him to become a certified expert in cloud controls, as defined by the CSA (Cloud Security Alliance).
